4. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure hallways, doorways, and entry paths are clear and large enough for the furniture.

An adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery and sign for the order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to space restrictions or absence, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Delays & Backorders

While most items arrive within the quoted timeframe, some may take longer due to manufacturer backorders or supply chain delays.

6. Damages at Delivery

Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery.

Any damage must be reported immediately to the delivery team and noted on the delivery receipt.

Claims for concealed damage (not visible at delivery) must be submitted within 48 hours with photos.
